The Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) for Shopify supports and enhances the University of Alberta’s enterprise e-commerce ecosystem, which generates over $8 million annually. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Asset Systems within Enterprise Applications, this position works closely with campus store administrators, colleges, faculties, and departments to implement, manage, and continuously improve online storefronts using Shopify+, a leading enterprise-level e-commerce platform.

The BSA ensures university-operated online stores are well-designed, compliant, and optimized to protect and grow a multimillion-dollar revenue stream.
