Working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with our Campus Advisors to provide administrative support to the Student Recruitment team. Our company culture fosters a fun working environment, development of meaningful relationships and continuous learning. Building on classroom studies, you will develop and enhance your skills while working with mentors to kick-start a successful career in Human Resources.
- Job location: Fort McMurray – Albian Oil Sands
- Shift schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, 10 hours/day (Monday – Thursday)
- Term length: 12 months
- Term starts: January 2027

Key Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to the Oil Sands Campus Advisors
- Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with Campus Advisors, and other HR professionals
- Learn full cycle recruitment processes (pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extend offer letters, documentation etc.)
- Plan, retrieve data, and organize documents and information for the successful submission and communication of onboarding paperwork
What You Bring to The Role:
- Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Respect for confidentiality and discretion
- Energetic, positive attitude, and optimistic outlook
- Attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and proficient proof-reading skills
- Flexible and adaptable
