About this job
The Future Systems and Processes (FSP) program is a multi-year initiative to modernize the university’s finance, human resource, and student information processes and systems (ERP/SIS). Our goal is to facilitate the adoption and successful implementation of a next-generation platform and related streamlined processes and policies for long-term operational excellence to best support the needs and aspirations of our diverse community.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President (Information Technology) and working in close partnership with the Academic Lead, the Executive Director (FSP Administrative Lead) will play a key executive-level leadership role in supporting the University community - all employees and all students - through this significant change to ensure program success.
Their work will be supported by the guidance and authority of the FSP Program Steering Committee, including the Executive Leads of the key functional units, and will involve extensive collaboration with the executive sponsors, subject matter experts, change facilitators and program manager. In addition, they will act as a bridge between functional/technical teams, university academic and administrative units, executive leadership and vendor partners to deliver a solution that enhances institutional efficiency and supports the University’s long-term vision.
