Reporting to the Associate Dean, Centre for Justice & Human Services (CJHS), the Experiential Learning Coordinator supports the delivery of high-quality experiential learning opportunities across the Centre with a focus on Justice programs including Policing, Corrections, Bachelor of Criminal Justice, Natural Resource Compliance, and Conservation Enforcement programs.
The Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the institution, students, and external partners, fostering collaborative relationships that enhance student learning and support workforce readiness. The role contributes to the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of experiential learning initiatives, including placements, simulations, field-based learning, and specialized learning environments.
Working in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment, the Coordinator provides expertise in experiential learning practices, supports student success, and helps advance strategic partnerships that strengthen educational outcomes and community engagement. The position requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while responding to evolving program and industry needs.
