In this position, you’ll partner with clients to identify training gaps, design strategic learning solutions, lead high-impact projects, and influence regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Requirements
4 years of applicable work experience
Post secondary education that compliments the requirements of the role
Ability to support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills with the ability to work independently
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and processes
Working knowledge of business financials
Self-starter with strong attention to detail, able to take initiative and ensure accuracy in all aspects of work
Strong facilitation skills required to support productive, inclusive discussions and clear outcomes

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality specialized service, support, and advice
Resolve complex issues with sound judgment
Partner with clients to translate operational requirements into learning solutions
Identify training gaps across business units and develop solutions to fix them
Lead special projects requiring strong analytical, research, and leadership skills
Develop detailed documentation requiring expert knowledge of specialized processes and procedures
Develop and recommend regulatory compliance strategies at the regional or business unit level
Location and other key details
You will work out of our camp-based Fort Hills mining site, located in Alberta’s Athabasca region, 90 kilometres north of Fort McMurray, Alberta
This is a Fly-in/Fly-out (FIFO) camp-based position; you will FIFO from a Suncor hub location: Calgary/Edmonton
The shift schedule is a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation
