Overview of the Role

Are you a strong communicator who enjoys finding creative ways to engage different audiences and using digital tools to make an impact? If so, the Recruiter – Digital Engagement and Communications role may be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll support Lethbridge Polytechnic’s enrolment goals by creating engaging digital experiences and communications for prospective students. You’ll be the go-to person for recruitment-focused digital tools, including virtual tours and the Future Students webpage, overseeing their implementation, updates, usage, and reporting. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Web Services, and external vendors to ensure these tools create meaningful opportunities for future learners to discover and connect with Lethbridge Polytechnic.
You’ll also lead prospective student communications using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. From high school students and mature learners to student influencers and community partners, you’ll create clear and engaging communications tailored to different audiences and help prospective students take their next step toward application.
Reporting to the Manager, Global Recruitment and Transition, you’ll collaborate with Student Experience, Marketing, Admissions, academic centres, and other partners across the Polytechnic. Using strategic enrolment management principles, you’ll help connect prospective students with the right people and resources at the right time, creating a coordinated and welcoming recruitment experience.
