Medicine Hat College welcomes applications for a part-time, regular Registration and Records Assistant (Student Services Assistant II) in the Registration Services department of the Registrar’s Office.

A little about the role:

Reporting to the Coordinator, Registration & Records, the primary area of responsibility for this position is to receive and input student applications and registrations, answer and respond to the College telephone, in-person and email inquiries. The position provides general information regarding the College Calendar, activities, facilities, courses, programs, fees and admission/registration procedures to students and the general public. Specific responsibilities for student honours/probation, graduation and credential verification are included in this role.
