Reporting to the Manager, Registration, Records & Student Funding, and working closely with the Team Lead and other team members, you'll play an important role in shaping the student experience at Lethbridge Polytechnic.
For many students, applicants, graduates, community members, and employees, you'll be one of the first people they interact with when seeking information, support, or guidance. In this role, you'll help people navigate institutional processes, answer questions, solve problems, and connect with the resources they need to succeed.
As part of the Registrar's Office and Student Experience (ROSE) team, you'll support students throughout their educational journey, from admission and registration through to graduation. If you enjoy helping people, learning new things, and working as part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
