Senior Project Manager

YOUR PROJECT IS TO manage TIME, COST, RESOURCES AND quality.

The Opportunity

Like Dilbert, do you find yourself sitting in your cubicle thinking, “I need to think outside the box”? Do you love having overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, developing, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project? If so, this may just be the role you were meant for.

You’re a seasoned construction or facilities Project Manager who knows how to deliver capital projects safely, on budget, and to specification. You bring hands-on experience managing contractors, coordinating with architects and engineers, navigating permitting, and resolving site issues quickly and professionally.

You know how to get work done — and motivate the trades, consultants, and internal teams who help you do it. When it comes to team leadership, you’re the whole package: strong communicator, confident decision-maker, and steady presence on and off the construction site.

As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of construction, renovation, and facility upgrade projects — shaping business cases, developing scopes, managing resources, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule alignment from concept to commissioning.
