Alberta Company Fined $132,000 in Fort Saskatchewan Court Over Redwater Worker's Fall Into Hot Water
A worker removing hoarding from a scaffold at Redwater slipped and fell into an open utility corridor containing hot water. Brock Canada Field Services pleaded guilty July 30 and was fined $132,000. It faced five counts and admitted one. Nutrien, charged as prime contractor, had both its counts withdrawn.
