Alberta to Review Amber Alert Criteria After Calgary Boy Parker Wells’ Death
Alberta will review its emergency alert processes and Amber Alert criteria following the death of 11-year-old Parker Wells, who went missing from a day home in north Calgary in July. The province will separately review the service provider responsible for his care. Alberta's current criteria require an abduction and sufficient information to help identify the missing person, the abductor and the vehicle involved.
