Edmonton City Centre Mall Sold to Westrich Pacific Below Its 2019 Price: 1,500 Homes and a Rooftop Nordic Spa
The Alberta Court of King's Bench approved the sale of Edmonton City Centre to Westrich Pacific on August 7, a year after the property went into receivership. The first phase would put roughly 1,500 homes on the former Hudson's Bay space. The price is confidential, but the receiver's report says it lands below the roughly $300 million paid in 2019.
