Grande Prairie Educational Assistant Sentenced to 34 Months for Sexually Exploiting a Student
Brooke Richer was 21 days into a job with the Grande Prairie and District Catholic School District when she invited a 16-year-old student to her home. She pleaded guilty to sexual interference in a position of trust and has been sentenced to 34 months, less than either the Crown or the defence proposed.
