West Lethbridge Is Getting a $300 Million Development. A Hotel, Wendy's, 450 Homes, and a Seniors Facility Are All Coming to The Crossings
The Core Crossing development broke ground May 29, 2026 in west Lethbridge with a total estimated investment of $300 million. The project brings the first full-service hotel in West Lethbridge, a new Wendy's, 100,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial space, 450 residential units, and a new Green Acres Foundation seniors facility. Completion is expected by 2030.
