Costing Manager

The future you want is within reach. Let's build it together.

At PCL Constructors Inc., part of the PCL Family of Companies (PCL), we don't just build projects -- we build opportunities, careers and communities. We're a team of builders who care deeply about what we create and who we build with. That includes you. We are not only shaping the future of construction, we are also committed to shaping the future of your career.

As a Costing Manager for PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate), you will apply practical project experience across PCL by helping teams establish effective cost structures, strengthen forecasting and change-management practices, and use our internal project management application, PM4+ Cost Management, with greater consistency and confidence.

You understand that disciplined cost management is more than accurate reporting. It gives project teams the clarity to identify issues early, make sound decisions, and protect project outcomes. This is an opportunity for an experienced construction professional who wants to broaden their impact, remain connected to operations, and build the tools, guidance, and capability that help project teams succeed.

You may be the person teammates turn to when a forecast needs a closer look, a cost structure is not working as intended, or a project needs a practical way forward. You combine sound construction judgment with curiosity, patience, and a service mindset. You can work through details without losing sight of the project outcome, and you are motivated by helping teams build stronger habits and make better-informed decisions.
