Counselling Services Administrative Support (Part-time, Casual)

The Counselling Services Administrative Support position provides a welcoming, professional, and supportive first point of contact for students accessing Counselling Services. The position provides administrative support to clients, counsellors, employees, and referral sources while contributing to the efficient and effective operation of the service.
Key responsibilities include appointment coordination, client communication, record management, referrals, and day-to-day front office administration. Through effective organization, communication, and attention to detail, the position supports streamlined processes, enhances the student experience, and enables counsellors and the broader Counselling Services team to focus on the delivery of clinical services.
Hourly Rate: $26.18
The successful candidate will be required to provide a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check.
