The Platforms branch within DDD is accountable for supporting ministry programs through the planning, development, delivery and operations of user-centered common platform services. The branch builds and develops common platforms and data services that enable product teams to deliver working software that meets the needs of their users.
Role Responsibilities
The Platforms branch is looking for a Delivery Manager. Reporting to the Director, Platforms Operations, the Delivery Manager oversees the onboarding, change management, and business relationship management aspects of Platforms products.
This position supports the branch’s vision of 'government-as-a-platform' by ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication, robust multi-channel user support, and effective operational practices are in place and kept up to date.
The responsibilities of this role include:
• Leading onboarding and change management programs for high-impact digital services and enterprise platforms.
• Fostering trusted stakeholder partnerships to support service adoption, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Driving continuous service improvements through data-informed analysis, user feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Overseeing release readiness, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution to ensure successful product delivery.
• Advancing responsible AI and automation initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
• Developing and managing performance reporting frameworks, KPIs, and service standards to support informed decision-making and product roadmap priorities.
• Providing strategic leadership, coaching, and direction to teams while aligning operations with organizational objectives and government priorities.
To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage an extensive set of concurrent projects involving collaboration with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications
Requirements:
• A university degree in a related field (e.g., Sciences, Public Administration, Business, Arts), supplemented by four (4) years of progressively responsible, related experience.
• A cover letter clearly demonstrating relevant skills and competencies tailored to this position.
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:
• Progressive experience in supervision, program development, and project management.
• Expertise in change management, risk mitigation, and the coordination of complex deliverables.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled and automation tools to enhance analysis, reporting, stakeholder support, and service delivery.
Equivalencies:
• A related master’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience; or
• A related two-year diploma and a minimum of six (6) years of related experience; or
• A related one-year certificate and a minimum of seven (7) years of related experience; or
• A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience in lieu of formal education.
Assets:
• Change Management Professional, Project Management Professional
• Experience with artificial intelligence
