Are you enthusiastic about technology and customer service oriented? Is it time for the next challenge? EPL has an exciting Endpoint Technician opportunity for you!
As a Technology Services team member, your work will focus on the design, deployment, configuration, monitoring and problem-solving of endpoint systems and services that support our business operations. You will support technologies that are directly accessed by staff and customers. These technologies include endpoint computing (including attached peripherals), printing/scanning/copying, Audio Visual (AV) equipment as well as library specific technologies such as RFID readers and automated materials handlers.
As the ideal candidate, you are a detail oriented, creative problem solver who thrives on interesting and fast paced work. Using your knowledge of technology best practices and passion for learning, you will support effective and timely customer experiences.
Qualifications- A related diploma or undergraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
- Microsoft certification in current endpoint technologies is an asset.
- A minimum of three years of related work experience providing endpoint support in a business or enterprise environment is required.
- Experience supporting MacOS in a business or enterprise environment and writing scripts to automate tasks using Windows Power Shell is preferred.

Pay Band:
$37.50 - $47.87 per hour*
*Approximately $68,521 - $87,471 per annum based on a 35 hour work week.
Shift differential may apply in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CSU 52 Collective Agreement.
Note:
- This position consists of varied schedules which include day, evening and weekend shifts.
- Satisfactory background screening is required for this position, which includes a Criminal Record Check/Police Information Check.
- Candidates who do not meet the job requirements may be considered at a lower developmental classification and pay level.
