Executive Sous Chef

Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen is coming to Alberta — and it's the first one in Canada. The restaurant opens at River Cree Resort on Enoch Cree Nation, just west of Edmonton, as part of a $200 million expansion of the property.

What makes this kitchen different from every other Hell's Kitchen in the world: the menu is being developed in collaboration with Enoch Cree Nation, pairing Ramsay's signature dishes with Indigenous-inspired flavours and Alberta ingredients. The resort is also working with NAIT to create opportunities for culinary students.

The role: Executive Sous Chef

Second-in-command in the kitchen, running service and leading the brigade alongside the Executive Chef.
