Calgary police are asking for help identifying a man suspected of groping customers at two stores in different parts of the city.
The first reported sexual assault happened on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the Shoppers Drug Mart at 725-500 Country Hills Blvd. N.E.
The second happened 17 days later, on Tuesday, September 1, at the Walmart at 7979 11 Street S.E.
Police say the man is suspected of at least two assaults, and have released images as they work to identify him.
The suspect's description
Police describe the man as having a medium build and appearing to be between 25 and 40 years old.
He has short, dark hair with a receding hairline, along with a short, dark beard and moustache.
Police have not released further details about what happened inside either store.
The incidents happened in different parts of Calgary
The Shoppers Drug Mart is on Country Hills Boulevard in northeast Calgary. The Walmart is on 11 Street in the city's southeast.
Anyone who visited either store on those dates may be able to help, even if they did not witness an assault.
A receipt, bank transaction or phone location history could help someone determine whether they were there that day.
Police are also asking anyone who experienced a similar incident to contact investigators, whether or not it was previously reported. The description of "at least two" assaults suggests investigators believe there may be more.

Information such as the man's name, where he may work or live, or how the person providing the tip recognizes him could help investigators.
Send that information directly to police rather than naming someone publicly on social media. Public accusations can identify the wrong person and interfere with an active investigation.
If something similar happened to you
There is no time limit for reporting a sexual assault in Canada.
Someone can make a report even if the incident happened years ago, they did not tell anyone at the time, or they do not know the person responsible.
Anyone reporting a recent incident should provide as much information as they can remember, including the approximate time, location, description of the person and the direction they went afterward. A store receipt or purchase record may help establish the time.
Not remembering every detail does not prevent someone from contacting police.
