RCMP are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of exposing himself to a female employee at a Sherwood Park pet store on two separate occasions earlier this year.
According to Strathcona County RCMP, the most recent incident occurred on April 10, 2026, at a Pet Valu location near Baseline Road and Broadmoor Boulevard. Police allege the man entered the store during the evening and was observed having an erection and touching his fully exposed genitals.

Investigators believe the same individual was involved in a similar incident more than two months earlier, on February 5. During that encounter, the man was being assisted by a female employee when he was allegedly observed exposing himself and engaging in explicit sexual behaviour in her presence.
Police say both incidents took place inside the store during regular business hours, raising concerns for employee safety in what is typically a routine retail environment.
Surveillance Images Released
RCMP have released surveillance images of the suspect and are asking anyone who may recognize him to come forward.
The man is described as approximately 32 years old, around six feet tall, with an average build and light brown or dark blonde hair and a beard. He was seen wearing black loose-fitting pants, described as either joggers or pyjama-style pants, in both incidents
Pattern Raises Concern
Investigators say the fact the suspect returned to the same business months apart is a key concern in the case. Incidents involving indecent exposure in retail settings are relatively uncommon, but when they occur repeatedly or target staff directly, they are treated with increased urgency.
Police often rely on surveillance footage and public tips in cases like this, particularly when a suspect may frequent the same area or businesses.
How to Provide Information
Anyone with information about the suspect or who may recognize him is asked to contact Strathcona County RCMP at 780-467-7741.
