A 22-year-old Calgary man is the subject of a public appeal after the Calgary Police Service issued a warrant for his arrest on one of the most serious firearms charges under the Criminal Code.
Germanpreet Singh who also goes by the name Garry is wanted for discharge of a firearm with intent, an offence that carries significant prison time upon conviction. Police have not disclosed the specific circumstances that led to the warrant, but the charge itself indicates an alleged deliberate act of firing a weapon at a person or property.

Singh is 22 years old and is known to go by the nickname Garry. He is described as 5'8" tall and approximately 198 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
