Calgary is getting its first taste of Mandy's Gourmet Salads on Monday, November 9, but anyone hoping to visit one of the Montreal chain's colourful restaurants will have to wait.
Instead, Mandy's is making its Alberta debut through Uber Eats, operating out of Kitchen Hub in Calgary's Beltline neighbourhood.
The delivery-only launch will bring the company's signature salads, customizable bowls, soups and smoothies to customers within approximately eight kilometres of the kitchen.
It's the first Alberta location for a brand that started in the back of a Montreal clothing store more than 20 years ago and has since expanded to Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver.

Where and when can you order Mandy's in Calgary?
Mandy's is scheduled to begin delivering on Monday, November 9, 2026.
Here's what to know:
Launch date: Monday, November 9, 2026
Ordering: Uber Eats
Announced delivery hours: Daily, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Kitchen location: Kitchen Hub Beltline, Unit 105, 1508 8 Street SW

The company is launching without a standalone Calgary restaurant. Customers will need to enter their address in Uber Eats to confirm whether delivery is available.
The eight-kilometre service area covers much of central Calgary, although actual availability may depend on the address and delivery conditions.
The Uber Eats listing currently displays slightly different hours from the announced schedule, so customers should check the app before ordering.

What's on the Mandy's Calgary menu?
Mandy's is known for salads that go well beyond a basic bowl of lettuce.
The Calgary menu includes signature salads with ingredients such as avocado, goat cheese, grilled chicken, mango, sesame dressing and roasted vegetables.
According to the Kitchen Hub menu, some of the options include:
| Menu item | Listed price |
|---|---|
| Crunchy Sesame Salad | $16 |

| The G.O.A.T. | $18.50 |
| Cobb Salad | $19.50 |

The Crunchy Sesame combines romaine, mixed greens, avocado, mandarin oranges, vegetables and crunchy noodles with sweet sesame dressing.
The G.O.A.T. includes goat cheese, sweet potatoes, pecans, apples and dried cranberries.
For something heartier, the Lumberjack comes with bacon, grilled chicken, cheddar, avocado and Caesar dressing.
Customers can also build their own salads and bowls. The menu includes children's options, breakfast items, smoothies and bottled dressings.
Prices are based on the online Kitchen Hub menu and may differ on Uber Eats. Delivery fees, service fees and taxes may apply.
Mandy's is offering launch deals in November
The Calgary debut also comes with two introductory promotions.
According to the company's launch information:
November 2–15: Customers spending at least $25 can receive a free cookie of their choice.
November 16–30: Orders of at least $25 qualify for a free eight-ounce soup.
The first promotion begins before the announced November 9 launch, so Calgary customers should check when it becomes available in Uber Eats.
Promotional eligibility and availability may vary.
Why did Mandy's choose Calgary?
The company's co-founder says customers in Calgary have been asking for Mandy's to come west.
“We've always grown by listening to our community, and Calgary has been asking for a while,” Mandy Wolfe said in comments reported by Retail Insider.
She pointed to Calgarians buying the company's grocery-store salad dressings and sending messages asking when Mandy's would open in the city.
The company chose delivery as its first step into the Alberta market rather than opening a traditional restaurant.
That means Mandy's can introduce its menu to Calgary customers without immediately launching a full-service location.
From a Montreal clothing store to Calgary
Mandy's was founded in 2004 by sisters Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe.
The business began as a small salad counter inside a Montreal women's clothing store. Mandy developed the food, while Rebecca handled the design.
What started as a modest operation eventually grew into a restaurant brand known for its large salads, colourful interiors and bottled dressings.
The company has since expanded beyond Quebec, opening locations in Ontario and British Columbia.
Its products are also sold through grocery retailers, giving the brand a presence in cities where it has not operated restaurants.
Calgary is the latest market to join that expansion.
Will Mandy's open a restaurant in Calgary?
For now, Mandy's has announced only its delivery operation in the Beltline.
The company has not confirmed a date or location for a standalone Calgary restaurant, and there has been no announced Edmonton opening.
Whether the delivery launch eventually leads to a traditional restaurant remains to be seen.
In the meantime, Calgarians who live within the delivery zone will be able to try the Montreal chain without leaving home.
